Fillings or spreadable fat- based creams for the production of various types of bakery products including frozen products; diversifying and covering ice creams and the production of pralines.

Applications

 

The filling of bakery products and breakfast cereals (croissants, brioche, muffins, plum-cakes, cakes, sponge cakes, cookies, shortbread, fine pastry products, extruded cereals, etc.) or frozen bakery products. The covering of bakery products or cereals (Sacher-type cakes, puffed rice, etc.); the diversification and covering of ice creams and the filling of pralines.

Product Range

  • SELVANOC: fat-based creams with cocoa and hazelnuts for post bake filling, covering or diversifying.
  • SELVANOC PLUS: fat-based creams with cocoa and hazelnuts for bakery fillings or frozen products.
  • SELVABLANC: light fat-based creams for post bake filling, covering or diversifying in milk, milk and hazelnut, lemon, pistachio, cappuccino and coffee flavours.
  • SELVANELLA: cream for flavouring.

All our recipes can be customised according to ingredients, structure, taste and packaging. They can also be made with RSPO certified palm oil or UTZ certified cocoa.

Storage & packaging

The products remain effective for over 12 months if stored at room temperature (max 25 °C).
