We produce pasteurised water-based cream fillings for the production of bakery and frozen products with intermediate humidity.

Applications
Filling of intermediate humidity products ( croissants, brioche, muffins, plum-cakes, cakes, panettone, sponge cakes, etc.) or frozen oven products.
Product Range
From our range customers can choose the type of filling most suitable for their production:
- KREM FILLING: pasteurised water-based creams used for post-oven filling. Available in a wide range of flavours (cocoa, chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, custard, coffee, cappuccino, milk, etc.).
- PRE-FILLING: pasteurised water-based creams used for pre-oven filling or the production of frozen foods. Available in a wide range of flavours (cocoa, chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, custard, lemon, coffee, cappuccino, milk, etc.).
All our recipes can be customised in terms of ingredients, structure, taste and packaging. They can also be made with UTZ cocoa, WITHOUT palm oil or with RSPO certified palm oil.
Storage & packaging
Thanks to their specific formula, they can remain effective for up to 12 months.
